“ Because of how attentive Becca is when it comes to serving she is really attentive to her guests. She makes everyone feel like family as well. You guys are extremely lucky to have her as a bartender and server. Because of her service I'm now a regular. I honestly think that she has the best bartender and server in the salt lake valley. “ If you want to be able to go have a drink, have a date night, or hang out with the homies, I definitely recommend going to Pin's and Ale's in West Jordan or All Star Lane's. Their customer service is great, the drinks are awesome, and a very fair price. Food is fire, and with vegan/vegetarian options as well. If you are bowling and have any sort of mechanical issue, don't hesitate to bring it up to the staff as they were more than willing to set things up for my group and ensure we have the best experience in their establishment. Big shout out to the manager Ben, he was especially helpful and reassured me that the sooner I raised my concerns the sooner he could figure out a solution. Will definitely be going back. ”

“ My wife and I love going there to bowl, get a few drinks amd eat the amazing tater tots. I don't know what they do to them, but they are so good. We always go to the bar side, and always request Raven. One time we didn't and got someone else, and it wasn't the same. Raven is amazing and she is always attentive to our needs. She just doesn't grab your order and bring stuff. We have fun conversations with her, and just has a great personality. The bowling is great, but I can't say much about throwing balls into wood. Unfortunately my wife is having surgery this week, so it will be a minute till we can come back. But we can't wait to make it part of our weekend routine again. ”

“ Tiffany was our server today and our favorite. She always provides great service. Had a great time bowling today. This is the only bowling alley we go to now because of the atmosphere, food, service (to be fair we always come Sunday afternoon because we know Tiffany usually works). The front end staff is also great. The food is really good. Not your typical bowling ally food. Great options! Appetizers, burgers, amazing pizza, tacos, pasta, and even delicious dessert. We love this location and always have a great time. ”

“ Wife and I come to play pool a few times a month. The wait staff and bartenders are awesome, they are always warm and remember us. Shout out to Tiff who makes our usual drinks when we walk in. Free pool on Monday is our favorite. Nice big patio, decent food, fun atmosphere, usually not crowded except for bingo. It is the best Pins & Ales out of all the locations. It's our go to spot for sure, keep up the great work! ”
